COVID-19 GUIDELINES & POLICIES

Policies are subject to change; please check our social media and this page for updates.

Mask Policy

• Masks are REQUIRED for admittance into the convention.
  • Masks must be worn at all times during the convention.
    • Exceptions will be made while actively eating or drinking, within reason.
  • Proper mask wearing involves masks covering BOTH mouth and nose.
• If you refuse to follow masking guidelines, you may be asked to leave the convention!

Vaccination Policy

• For CPあC 2024 we will NOT require proof of vaccination at the day of the convention.
• Vaccination is strongly recommended, and we suggest being up-to-date on the booster for your respective vaccine prior to attending.

Doing Our Part

• In an effort to maintain happiness and health for our staff and attendees, we aim to:
  • Provide hand sanitizer throughout to convention
  • Provide masks (Limited quantity)
  • Increased staff presence to ensure safe and sanitary movement throughout the convention

If you will not be able to follow the rules and guidelines stated above by the time the convention is scheduled to occur and have bought a ticket for CPあC 2024, please seek a refund through Eventbrite as soon as possible.
